Baltic Yachts is the world’s leading builder of advanced composite yachts based in Pietarsaari. The company's board spent a strategic day in the fall at the A'Pelago destination, Airisto Lumous. The atmosphere of the day was refreshing and sparked new ideas for advancing the company.

"The corners of Airisto are very familiar places to me. The majority of Baltic Yachts' leadership team is from Ostrobothnia, so we sought a change from the plains to the archipelago's waters, even rockier than those in the Ostrobothnian archipelago.

When the landscapes are breathtaking and the setting is epic, energy is unleashed, allowing us to focus on the true purpose of the high-altitude camp, where the setting is just a subplot.

Airisto Lumous is an unbelievably fantastic place, and Kirsi, as the conductor, manages the side activities with great skill. I can wholeheartedly recommend the place to both national and international groups; they will certainly not be disappointed.
