Congratulations on being selected for the A'PELAGO Nordic Blue 2026 cohort! The Nordic Blue Program is a highly curated accelerator designed to support startups with innovative blue economy solutions for healthy marine ecosystems. Our program combines tailored coaching, international networking, and hands-on learning experiences across the Nordics.

Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation costs and visas. More info about all the bootcamps below.

The program fee is €3,000, which includes:

  • 2 x Tickets to the A’Pelago Initiative 2026 (worth 1300€)
  • All program sessions and site visits
  • Networking opportunities across the Nordic blue economy ecosystem
  • A dedicated coach for your company
  • Continuous A’Pelago support throughout the program

Participants are responsible for their own travel costs to the sessions.

If you present a company registered in Denmark, your participation fee will be covered by Nordic Blue Program Partner, The Danish Water and Environment Cluster, Clean. You will receive more information about this if you are selected for the program.

  4. Prepare for your first bootcamps in Turku, Finland (9–10 February 2026) and Stockholm, Sweden (11–12 Feb 2026).

Practical tips and guidance for travel arrangements to each Nordic Bootcamp and Sitevisit

Bootcamp I: Product Market Fitting

Turku, Finland – 9-10.2.2026

  • Monday 9.2.2026 between 9.30am-20.30pm (Finnish time) at Blue Economy centre in Turku (Porthaninkatu 3, 20500) and Dinner at XX. Find the schedule and program at Blue Connect under Bootcamp I.
  • Tuesday 10.2.2026 site-visits in Turku between 8.30am-15.00pm. Meeting at 19.00. in the Viking Line terminal.

How to Travel to Turku from abroad

You can travel to Turku either by flying directly to Turku Airport (TKU), which is about 15–20 minutes from the city centre, or by flying to Helsinki Airport (HEL) and taking a comfortable 2-hour train from Helsinki Airport or Helsinki Central Station to Turku.

Where to Stay in Turku

We have negotiated an exclusive accommodation rate for our Nordic Blue guests at Radisson Blu Marina Palace Hotel. You can book your stay here. The A’Pelago Accelerator is continuously developing to be a world-class accelerator program. The 1st pilot program was already a success generating three new companies and scoring 4,7/5 from attendee companies. 

The program is designed to support scaling startups from local initiatives to global solutions.
