Minna Arve

Minna Arve is the Mayor of Turku, deeply committed to ensuring the success and well-being of her city and its residents. With a background in nursing and a Master's in Business Administration, Minna has worked across various sectors, including healthcare, business, and politics. Her career includes roles as a nurse at TYKS, marketing manager at HyTest, CEO of the Turku Chamber of Commerce, Secretary General of the National Coalition Party, and now, as the Mayor of Turku. In her current role, she brings diverse perspectives together, seeks innovative solutions, and ensures Turku’s development remains determined and sustainable.

Minna is future-oriented, goal-driven, and enthusiastic, yet practical and collaborative. She is motivated by the opportunity to create positive change and build better environments for people. She enjoys transforming big visions into tangible actions.
