Vilhelm Roberts

​Vilhelm Roberts is the Executive Chairman and co-owner of ALMACO Group, a global leader in providing accommodation and catering solutions for the marine and offshore industries. With a career spanning over three decades, Ville has been instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction and fostering its international growth. ​

Ville's journey in the maritime sector began in 1988 with MacGregor, where he held various leadership positions, including General Director of the Reefer Engineering Division. In 2005, he transitioned to ALMACO Group as President & CEO, a role he held until 2017. Under his leadership, ALMACO expanded its global footprint, establishing offices in multiple countries and completing over 330 projects across more than 70 locations.

In 2018, Ville assumed the role of Executive Chairman, continuing to guide the company's vision and mission. His extensive experience and commitment to innovation have been pivotal in ALMACO's success, making him a respected figure in the marine and offshore industries. ​ Ville's dedication to excellence and customer focus has earned ALMACO recognition, including the esteemed Best Supplier Award from Chantiers de l’Atlantique for the laundry areas delivered to MSC Cruises.
