Fagerholm is a one-of-a-kind private island between Korpo and Nagu, available year-round. The 4-hectare private island welcomes corporate groups across 12 large bedrooms. You will have exclusive use of Fagerholm island during your stay as we only host one group at a time, with staffing based on your tailored itinerary.

The newly restored former coast guard station facilities offer complete privacy overlooking the Baltic Sea. An ideal setting for strategy sessions, board meetings, workshops, and small group events. Start your day with a meeting in the former watch tower, enjoy seasonal dining close to nature, water sports and end your day of collaboration in one of our three different saunas.

Food is at the heart of your experience. Dine in the main building atrium close to the fireplace and overlooking the Baltic Sea. We prioritise locally sourced ingredients together with archipelago partners. We can also arrange a customized set up in an event house or outdoor dining by the dock.

The fresh Baltic Sea air and peaceful environment fosters clear thinking and renewed energy to tackle important discussions.

With dedicated staff and partners, Fagerholm creates bespoke, sustainable packages tailored precisely to your specifications.

Arrival instructions

Fagerholm, 21720 Pargas

N 60.1112°, E 21.6988°

Fagerholm island is part of the municipality of Pargas (Parainen in Finnish) in the Turku archipelago between the islands of Nagu and Korpo, just off the south-western Finnish coast in the Baltic Sea. The coordinates of the island are 60˚06’40 N 21˚42’00 E.

To arrive at Fagerholm you can either drive to the nearest dock on Nagu or book a helicopter to take you straight to the island. The island is only 30min from either Arlanda in Sweden or Helsinki-Vantaa airport in Helsinki by helicopter or a 3-hour drive by car from Helsinki.

The location of the island means it is accessible year-round and possesses typical characteristics of both the inner and outer archipelago.

The most common option is to drive to the nearest island accessible by road: Nagu (Nauvo in Finnish) where your host will meet you at a local dock for a 5-15 min boat transfer to the island. The coordinates of the dock are: 60˚07’39 N 21˚44’08 E

The duration of the car drive depends on where you are starting from. For reference:

  • From Helsinki-Vantaa airport it takes approximately 2.5-3hours
  • From Turku it takes approximately 1.5 hours
