Anil Ramel Singh is Business Manager Sweden at Race for the Baltic, where he works with the BalticReed initiative to advance sustainable solutions for the Baltic Sea through cross-sector collaboration and innovation. His work focuses on connecting businesses, researchers, public organizations, and entrepreneurs to develop circular value chains that create both environmental and economic value from marine resources.

With a strong background in sustainability, business development and ecosystem building, Anil is passionate about turning innovative ideas into practical, scalable solutions that support healthier seas and a stronger Blue Economy.

At A’Pelago Initiative 2026, he will co-host Deep Dive II: Marine Materials – From Innovation to Industry in the Baltic Sea, together with Arcada University of Applied Sciences, exploring how Nordic marine biomaterial innovations can be translated into commercially viable and globally competitive value chains.
