Camilla Olsen works at Hadean Ventures as Impact & ESG Manager, where she is responsible for integrating sustainability, impact measurement, and ESG considerations across the firm’s investment activities. She plays a key role in ensuring that responsible investing principles are embedded throughout the investment process and portfolio management.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, with a focus on finance and sustainability. Her academic and professional background centers on ESG risk assessment, sustainable finance, and the use of both financial and non-financial data in investment decision-making.

Before joining Hadean Ventures, Camilla gained experience in sustainable finance and impact investing, building expertise in how capital can be deployed to support long-term positive outcomes in healthcare and life sciences. At Hadean, she contributes to shaping the firm’s impact strategy and supporting portfolio companies in their ESG development.
