Camilla Olsen

Camilla Olsen is Investment Manager & Head of Impact at Hadean Ventures, where she works across the full investment lifecycle. She also leads the firm’s impact and ESG initiatives and contributes to broader firm activities spanning strategy, platform development, and external engagement.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, with a focus on finance and sustainability. Her academic work included finance, impact, and ESG considerations in investment decision-making, reflecting a strong interest in innovation and sustainable value creation.

Before joining Hadean Ventures, Camilla gained experience in sustainable finance and impact investing, building expertise in how capital can be deployed to support long-term positive outcomes. In her previous role as an advisor, she worked on sustainability-related projects for a range of institutions, including banks, insurance companies, pension funds, and AIFMs.
