Dorte Krogh

Board Member, Culture transformation Strategist

Dorte Krogh is an experienced board member, culture transformation strategist and business development expert. With a background in design, organizational development, and leadership, she works with culture as a strategic and business-critical foundation for value creation.

Dorte has worked with numerous global organizations, supporting strategy implementation, optimizing organizational structures, and fostering cross-organizational collaboration. She specializes in facilitating by removing “the soft”, unifying structure and culture while transforming towards common goals

She conducted a four-year empirical research study as a CULTURE Nomad, where informal conversations with owners, leaders, and employees provided deep insights into the impact of culture. She points that organizations of the future will be measured by their ability to have a user-centric approach, build trust and strengthen their collaboration skills.

Originally, she was educated as a brand specialist. She managed her own Design-studio for 20 years strengthening brands such as Royal Copenhagen, Danisco, PenSam, and Royal Greenland. The company was sold 12 years ago, to focus on culture-transformation on a larger scale.

Additionally, she has served as an international jury member in design competitions and co-authored a Harvard Business Case. By using her strong skills on gathering people for a common goal, she was key contributor to develop an association for Danish design companies, as well as she played a major role in shaping a nationwide Danish board network with generosity as a core principle.

Dorte is based in Copenhagen. She was a former elite sports shooter with over 10 years on the national squad. Today she’s more into outdoor, and together with a partner, she takes board members and top executives on leadership development trips to Greenland.
