Erika Halonen

Erika is the creative and versatile type of professional who can handle anything from user acquisition to public relations and complex project management. With her background in marketing, business management, and performing arts, she is no stranger to kicking the proverbial box into the corner of the room. She has an ability for both divergent and convergent thinking, seeing connections where others might not, leading to creative solutions.

She is one of the co-founders of SHIFT Business Festival as well as an original Maria 01 team member. Her most recent work prior to Silo AI was at a science-based startup called Aivo Health, where she was responsible for content marketing and user acquisition.
