Malena Rosman

Malena Rosman has over 15 years of experience in international development cooperation, specialising in catalytic financing for development. Before joining NDF in 2024, she served at the Swedish Development Cooperation Agency, Sida, as Director for Corporate Management and Deputy Head of the Unit for Guarantees and catalytic financing for development. She also worked at the Swedish Embassy in Tanzania as Deputy Head of the Development Department, and at UNDP in New York. She has previous experience in corporate finance and business development at the international IT group Tieto as VP Finance for business areas Forest, Energy, and Healthcare, across Europe and South East Asia. She holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the International Programme at Uppsala University.
