Mariella Ramstedt

Mariella Ramstedt is a physiotherapist (MSc) and occupational physiotherapist from Pargas, with extensive experience in training and teaching. She specializes in Somty CI and CII (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine as well as pelvis) and fascia treatment, and welcomes clients at her private practice. She began her teaching career at the age of 20, leading aerobics classes in the 1980s. Today, she teaches versatile stair training and is motivated by seeing participants develop and enjoy the uplifting feeling after a good workout together.

Mariella also leads sessions focused on lowering heart rate and reducing stress through effective and mindful exercises.
