Panu Routila

Panu Routila is the CEO of Patria, bringing extensive experience in international industrial leadership and growth. Prior to his appointment, he served as Chair of Patria’s Board from 2020 to 2026, giving him strong insight into the company’s strategy and operations.

Routila has previously held top executive roles, including CEO of Konecranes and CEO of Ahlström Capital, leading business across Europe and the United States.

He is known for his focus on scaling businesses, leveraging technological transformation, and strengthening international competitiveness. At Patria, he is driving growth across its core business areas while positioning the company at the forefront of rapidly evolving defense technologies.
