Tero-Seppo Tuomela is Senior Vice President of Business Development at Elomatic, where he has worked since 2001. Over his 20+ year career, he has held key roles including Business Controller and CFO before moving into his current position to lead strategic growth and innovation.

With a Licentiate of Science in Accounting and Finance, Tero-Seppo combines strong financial expertise with a forward-looking approach. Today, his focus is on building a systematic innovation culture, ensuring that new ideas translate into real business value.
