Zoe Peden

Zoe Peden is a Partner at Ananda Impact Ventures and an experienced impact entrepreneur turned venture capitalist. She works with founders building companies that combine strong financial performance with meaningful social and environmental impact.

Zoe studied economics at the London School of Economics and later completed an MBA at Henley Business School. After more than a decade building an impact technology company herself, she moved into venture capital to support the next generation of mission-driven founders. At Ananda, she now helps scale solutions that address some of society’s most pressing challenges.

Her interests include emerging areas such as biosecurity, nature technology and ocean innovation, alongside her long-standing commitment to social mobility and inclusive entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, Zoe is a fan of science fiction classics like Star Wars and The Matrix, and enjoys flamenco dancing and singing rock anthems in karaoke booths.
