Service and Ecosystem Guidelines for A’Pelago Ecosystem and Blue Connect

By joining and participating in the A'Pelago Ecosystem and Blue Connect -platform of A'Pelago Experience ab (3286346-8), you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS) and Ecosystem Guidelines. Please read them carefully.

1. Ecosystem Purpose
A'Pelago Ecosystem and Blue Connect is a space for A’Pelago Experience ab  Blue Economy community to connect, share insights and grow together. By participating, you agree to engage respectfully and in alignment with our community values.

2. Membership Terms
Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who share our community’s mission and values.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Any activity from your account is deemed to be conducted by you.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your posts but grant A'Pelago Blue Connect a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the community.

3. Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, all members must adhere to the following rules:
- Respect Others: No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
- No Spam or Self-Promotion: All posts should be connected to the Blue Economy theme. Avoid excessive self-promotion or posting irrelevant content.
- Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of others and avoid sharing personal information without consent.
- Constructive Engagement: Share feedback and opinions respectfully.
- Prohibited Content: Do not post illegal, obscene, or infringing content.
Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the community.

4. Disclaimer of Liability
A'Pelago Blue Connect is provided "as is." While we strive to maintain a safe and engaging environment, A'Pelago Blue Connect and its operators are not liable for any content shared by members, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

5. Moderation
Our team reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts at our discretion.
Decisions regarding moderation are final and made in the best interest of the community.

6. Changes to the ToS
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the community after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes will be resolved under the Finnish legal framework.
