In the tranquil chapel of the Pargas Chapel

Welcome to learn how enhanced self-awareness and tools for exploring it can elevate your health and decision-making. A day in the October setting of the Pargas chapel is in itself a calming experience.

During the course of the day, you will learn:

  • How stress and tense muscles impact your health and decision-making abilities
  • How tension and stress are connected to your self-awareness
  • How you can improve your self-awareness through various exercises
  • About the antigym method: you will discover new muscles or muscles whose existence you have forgotten and care for your body and mind
  • To perform relaxing antigym exercises in your daily life

Benefits: reduced stress and muscle pain, improved decision-making ability, enhanced mobility and muscle sensitivity

Program

10:00 Arrival at the event location at Kyrkoesplanaden 3. Coffee, tea, and a brief introduction to the day

10:30 Introduction to the antigym method and self-awareness

11:30 Calming meditation exercise

12:30 Lunch break

13:30 Self-awareness-enhancing antigym exercises

14:30 The second meditation exercise of the day

Pontus Anckar - antigym practitioner, entrepreneur, journalist, author, and economist

Nalle Öhman - Doctor of Theology, retired vicar

Other Information: The course is organized in collaboration with the Väståbolands Svenska Församling. The program of the course includes no religious content. The course is bilingual (Swedish, Finnish).

Course Fee: 20 euros (including VAT). The price includes morning coffee and lunch. Payment at the beginning of the course.
