Carl Haglund
CEO, Veritas
Carl Haglund is the CEO of Veritas Pension Insurance. He joined the company in October 2021 and assumed his position as the CEO in June 2022. Haglund is an active member of various company boards, the most recent being Enersense International PLC and Pohjantähti Mutual Insurance Company, and he has been the chairman of the board of Finnish Business and Policy Forum EVA since 2017. Haglund has previously worked in various industries, e.g. as Managing Director and member of the global leadership council at Accenture and as Minister of Defence.
Carl has all his life spent summers in the Finnish archipelago. He has a summer house in the outer archipelago of Inkoo where he enjoys his vacations.
