Josefiina Kotilainen

Josefiina is the CEO at Startup Foundation, aiming to support the next-generation entrepreneurs and the silent backbone behind organisations like Junction, Slush, The Shortcut & Maria 01.

Prior to joining the Foundation in the fall of 2022, she worked as the CFO of Maki.vc, joining the team in 2018 before the launch of the fund and as the CFO of Slush.

She also loves sailing in the Archipelago Sea with friends.
